To respond to changes within the devices sector, Van Heek Medical, part of Mosadex, and Asker Healthcare Group intend to join forces. This means that Asker Healthcare Group (hereafter Asker) intends to acquire Van Heek Medical. Van Heek Medical will be fully acquired which means nothing will change for customers. Thus, quality will be guaranteed and customers will continue to receive the service they are used to.

To grow, it is important for Van Heek Medical to become part of an organisation that specialises in resource care. This will ensure the continuity of Van Heek Medical and enable them to serve customers even better. We therefore intend to transfer Van Heek Medical to Asker. Asker is a leading provider of medical products and solutions and a partner for healthcare providers and patients across Europe.
Pending approval Authority Consumer & Market (ACM)
The acquisition of Van Heek Medical by Asker is conditional. For this acquisition, Asker has applied for approval from Authority Consumer & Market (ACM). Once ACM gives approval, the takeover will take place.
